Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs (CMEA), through General Coordinator, Mr. Jorge Rui de Carvalho Martins, representing the Minister, held a monthly meeting with CMEA’s entities at Tibar, Bamboo Centre Hall.

Prompt Remediation for Technical Issues: The General Coordinator made it known and emphasized that the quarterly meetings should not just be a place for complaints but should be transformed into a place for decision-making. He urges all leaders to take efficient action with high technical knowledge to quickly address and provide fact-based solutions to pending issues challenging institutional performance.
Cultural Leadership Logical and Guarantee Discipline: Official position reaffirms that the Vice Prime Minister and CMEA Minister does not tolerate coercive practices or using labour contract instruments to exert psychological pressure on subordinates, especially to prejudice their right to express opinions or constructive criticism. It also stresses that a leader’s duty is to lead wisely and firmly take decisions based on internal regulations to take disciplinary measures against any acts of indiscipline or irregularities within the institution
Structural Autonomy and Solid Coordination: It is clear that solutions to operational challenges must come from the proactivity of each Public Institute (IP) leader, based on the competencies given by the Decree-Law to the Tutelary Minister, and not merely rely on decisions handed down from the General Coordinator.
