Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for Economic<br>Affairs and Minister for Tourism and Environment<br>Francisco Kalbuadi Lay, (born in Aileu [Timor-Leste] on January 1, 1957,) is a Timorese<br>Politician who serves as the Deputy Prime Minister, Coordinating Minister for Economic<br>Affairs and Minister of Tourism and Environment of the IX Constitutional Government of<br>Timor-Leste, since July 2023. Mr. Kalbuadi completed his education in Trisakti University in<br>Jakarta Indonesia majoring in Tourism and Hospitality in 1980.
