The Vice Prime Minister’s Office (V-PM), and the Minister for Economic Affairs, through the General Coordinator, Represent the Minister Coordinator of Economic Affairs, honor and a great responsibility for me, to join you, as you are confident today to receive a new position with a chapter of leadership in your public administration.
Public Administration is not only a mechanism of bureaucracy, public administration is a centre of governance life, where policies will be used for action, where budgets will be a significant programme and the trust of our people will be obtained from the expression of daily work. Because of your position of responsibility and authority, the State invests its trust in you not to serve the title, but to serve the Nation.
The trust of the public is easier to achieve, and it is not once but every day, they require our work through our due work and honesty, from our professionalism.
Professionalism is not just the action or wisdom that we put on the wall, not just a degree that we write and get from the paper of our academic title. As the General Coordinator I ask you to take your responsibility with a fair and humane preposition, strive not only in the reports and targets, but in the way you lead to guide and inspire, as the success of public administration is ultimately not only measured by the programmes you have completed, but by the lives you have been able to increase throughout the process.
The General Coordinator also encourages the chiefs of the members, this is not the last way of your responsibility, it does not mean that the administration does not believe you, but it may be a new journey to your next responsibility. It is still believed that administration through its instruments is recognizing and knowing your responsibility and will continue to place you as a measure to save your journey back to the best and most successful places in the future.
On behalf of MCAE, I don’t forget to thank you for all your work, thank you for your dedication with a due attention that you have shown so far to the extent that IADE can be strong and stand by date, without your contribution your work together will not stand as it is today.
Let us together bring the Institute and everyone to better serve and save the country’s guard’s resources, advance together for public welfare and to guarantee the dignity of each person in our work, and again bring long-term and good benefits to the people and the republic that we all serve. * *
