Today is the great day to be here with you all to celebrate the significant day of our public institution that has been working with public and private services for more than thirteen years.
They have shown a significant job for Timor-Leste merchandise.
On behalf of His excellency Vice – Prime Minister and the coordinator of economic affair and minister of Tourism and Environment wants congratulate all the directors of the present and staff as well as those who started in 2012 as mentioned before, today SERVE I.P. still continue to be an institution that’s really serves to serve our nation and Timor-Leste merchandise.
The mission of SERVE.IP is clear as mentioned by the director is to facilitated and speed up service and transparently working related to resisting merchandise in our country. This is important because our government policy speed up to hand over to OMK and ASEAN regional Market.
Policy to reform bureaucracy, economic reform interleague so that our private sector can look the international partnership space and make it easier for our investors to be able to come to Timor-Leste.
Over Ten years, not the lowest and not the largest, but the year that can lead to the institution, professionalism is more mature, so the service we do can also meet the public and political needs that the government is carrying out.
In this progress, the word professionalism often makes people confused with their existence.
Professionalize is not measure only by the academic degree, not only our intellectuality , but by our ethics, understanding, characters to serve our fellow human beings with dignity, and to dignify ourselves to serve everybody and to see everybody as human.
So I believed that we can became a public institution that can serve public interest, as we can serve government policies so that we can do something better, but we can be good at the time when we are assigned to our legacies and left it to the next generation. Congratulation to Executive Director and all staff, chief of department, and all directors, for all the progressed that has been mentioned before.

We are not say bad or good things but the progressed that we achieved during nine months or a years. This does not means that the former friends was do nothing but we must congratulate for their contributions because many challenges that they are faced was very difficult for them to be able to archived the situation.

MCAE plays the role as Coordinator, to coordinate the work of the I.P. so the professionalism is not limited to philosophy in a word. Once again on behalf of MCAE would like thank to all parties who have helped SERVE I.P. since the beginning until now if there is any assistances needed in order to get quick service from you everything will be done if you have communication between the two parties so you can serve the propose of the principle you wants.
